It’s probably safe to say that most of us at some point in time have woken up with neck pain or can recall an event or injury that resulted in neck pain. In fact, at any given time, 13% of American adults (women more than men) suffer from neck pain.
There are almost as many causes of back pain as there are words to describe the pain and related symptoms! Although muscle spasms are the most common cause of back pain, the spine can be susceptible to some of the same problems as other parts of your body (eg, infection).
