Craig C. Callewart, M.D. is a fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon. He completed medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas; his orthopedic surgery residency at St. Luke’s Hospital, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland; and his orthopedic spine fellowship at UCLA School of Medicine in Los Angeles. Craig C. Callewart, M.D. specializes in the treatment of traumatic spine injuries and chronic pain.
